HIP registrations will be available for customers from July 1 through March 10 every year. If the HIP registration option is not available, check back in July to obtain your HIP number for the upcoming hunting season.
Instructions Logged in
- Login to your account at www.ndowlicensing.com
- Click “Buy Licenses” at the top left corner of the screen.
- Select your residency and enter your date of residency as needed.
- Located under Annual Licenses, add the $0 HIP Survey to your cart by hitting the Plus Sign (+) Beside HIP. You must either already have a hunting licensing or have a hunting license in your shopping cart to select the HIP item.
- The survey will automatically populate, answer all survey questions accordingly and hit "submit".
- After clicking submit, the $0 HIP item will be added to your shopping cart. Either hit "continue shopping" or "Checkout".
- Once you have made payment and are on the Receipt page, hit Back to My Account
- Click on the Return Cards/Surveys menu option.
- Hit the drop-down arrow to the right of your Reported HIP Survey for the current license year.
- Once that field is expanded, your HIP Number will display.
Instructions Logged out
- Go to www.ndowlicensing.com
- Select HIP Number/Harvest Report from the top banner.
- Input your Client ID and D.O.B.
- There will be an option to “Get your HIP number” along with all other pending surveys included on your customer account.
- From there you will be asked a series of questions related to hunting migratory birds in Nevada.
- After submission, where you once saw “Get Hip Number” it should now say “Print Hip”. Make sure you do not have pop-up blocker on your browser.
