Refunds can be requested in two forms. Submit a request through this portal by selecting the “Submit a request” link at the top-right hand corner of this page or by selecting the green “Support” button at the bottom of the page.
Customers may also call NDOW at 855-542-6369 with their refund request.
Be prepared to provide your name, client ID, date of birth, and information related to the item you wish to return for a refund. Please note that not all items may qualify for a refund depending on current regulations or time from the purchase of the item and the request for the refund.
